If your issue is not solved or result doesn’t go into your favour, in that case, you can knock the doors of Regional Manager and even if you are not satisfied with this level your can file your complaint at Zonal Manger’s office. You can write to the Zonal Manager if you do not receive any response from the bank within 3 working days or extended period of one week. The zonal manager will leave you with a feedback within 15 working days of filling your complaint.
