If you are not satisfied with the above steps you can complain to the Banking Ombudsman. Banking ombudsman of every bank is situated in its own state. You can approach Banking Ombudsman when you are not satisfied with the response of above steps or you didn’t receive any response from the bank. Banking Ombudsman is commonly known as Banking Lokpal by the people. Banking Ombudsman is appointed by Reserve Bank of India who looks into your matter independently. Approach Banking Lokpal after 30 days of your complaint at Bank.
