OBC UPI REGIONAL MANAGER
In step 2, If the issues are not resolved by the Branch Manager, you can contact to the Regional Officer of the Bank. The Regional Manager will process according to your request and give you a valuable feedback within 8-10 working days.
OBC BANK PRINCIPAL NODAL OFFICER
If your problem doesn’t get resolved in above 2 steps or the reply is not felt satisfactory by the customer, then, in that case, you can write to the Principal Nodal Officer of the OBC Bank. The Principal Nodal Officer will resolve your issue as soon as possible. The Principal Officer may take maximum 15-20 days to resolve your issue.
