Oriental Bank of Commerce is one of the very famous private sector Bank in India, recently launched its own UPI application. UPI stands for Unified Payment Interface through which you can make your online transactions. In case you face any issue related to:-
or any other issue, you can follow the steps given below to register your complaint.


Directly walk into your respective branch and make the Branch Manager aware about your issue, so that he/she can take further steps. Or you can call the toll-free number or register your complaint online. The toll-free calling service is available 24 hrs for the customers. If you have any query, you can instantly call to the toll-free number and get your query or problem solved. The toll-free number of the Bank and other details are mentioned below:

In step 2, If the issues are not resolved by the Branch Manager, you can contact to the Regional Officer of the Bank. The Regional Manager will process according to your request and give you a valuable feedback within 8-10 working days.


If your problem doesn’t get resolved in above 2 steps or the reply is not felt satisfactory by the customer, then, in that case, you can write to the Principal Nodal Officer of the OBC Bank. The Principal Nodal Officer will resolve your issue as soon as possible. The Principal Officer may take maximum 15-20 days to resolve your issue. If you don’t feel satisfied with the reply from the Bank or didn’t get any response in your issue from Bank within one month, then you can ask Banking Ombudsman for help. Banking Ombudsman office is situated in the respective state capital.

    • Dear Sir,

      As per the UPI Procedural Guidelines issued by NPCI, failed transaction debited money should be dealt by the PSP/ Bank, NPCI is not responsible for the refunds. Kindly contact your bank immediately and report the issue in written and get the complaint number for further assistance. If in case your problem doesn’t get resolved in 30 working or days or you are not satisfied with bank’s reply then you can further escalate the issue to the RBI Banking Lokpal of your state. All the Banking Lokpal addresses for each state is given here kindly Refer.
