If any problem occurs at the start, you can directly approach to the Branch Manager and bring your issue to his/her notice or call the toll free number or lodge a complaint online. Submit all the documents related to your complaint in your respective branch and wait for the Bank’s response. CONSULT KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK NODAL OFFICER

If you are not satisfied with the response of step 1, you can approach to the Nodal officer of the Bank. He/she will leave you with a valuable feedback within 10 working days. You can only approach to the Kotak Mahindra Bank Nodal Officer once you have applied to your respective branch and not satisfied with the bank’s response.

If you are even not satisfied with the result of the first two steps, you can write a letter to the Head Office of the Bank. BANKING OMBUDSMAN

Banking Ombudsman is body appointed by The Reserve Bank of India whom you can approach to, if you are not satisfied the response from Bank or didn’t got any response within 30 days. Banking Ombudsman is known as Banking Lokpal in Hindi.
