IRCTC login and booking of Tatakal tickets is slowed down for general users and by the time it is opened the tickets are booked. This is severe violation.

Hi, I have a complaint on club factory refund. Had returned back the product to the club factory courier person on 25th Feb 2020 after 10days they reverted stating seller received wrong product.After following up with them for more than a month.They are asking me to contact the seller and the contact # what they provided is invalid.Now they are refusing to refund since the seller received a wrong product.
