When you face any issue you can directly talk to your Branch Manager for immediate solution of your issue or you can call the toll-free number of Bank or the third possibility is that you can fill the online complaint form. Remember to generate the acknowledgement slip and complaint reference number for future use. At the initial stage, the bank will take around 3-4 days to resolve your issue.
