COMPLAINT FOR ICICI BANK UPI- iMOBILE & POCKETS

ICICI Bank is one of the very famous private sector Bank in India, recently launched its own UPI application  UPI stands for Unified Payment Interface through which you can make your online transactions. In case you face any issue related to:

or any other issue, you can follow the steps given below to register your complaint.

ICICI BANK UPI TOLL-FREE NUMBER

Directly walk into your respective branch and make the Branch Manager aware about your issue, so that he/she can take further steps. Or you can call the toll-free number or register your complaint online. Also, you can call to the ICICI BANK UPI toll-free number and you are advised to keep all the documents ready while calling to the customer care executive as they can be asked during the call. This process will take around 3-4 days to resolve your issue. The toll-free number of ICICI Bank UPI is mentioned below:

If your problem doesn’t get resolved in above 2 steps, you can write to the Senior General Manager of ICICI Bank. The General Manager will take around 15-20 working days to resolve your issue.

BANKING OMBUDSMAN

If you don’t feel satisfactory with the reply from the Bank or didn’t got any response in your issue from Bank within one month, you can ask Banking Ombudsman for help. Banking Ombudsman office is situated in the respective state capital.

    Sir I recharged JIO plan through UPI but transaction was not successful although amount deducted from my account.so please refund my amount. Ref .no.722808571582

    • Dear Sir,

      As per the UPI Procedural Guidelines issued by NPCI, failed transaction debited money should be dealt by the PSP/ Bank, NPCI is not responsible for the refunds. Kindly contact your bank immediately and report the issue in written and get the complaint number for further assistance. If in case your problem doesn’t get resolved in 30 working or days or you are not satisfied with bank’s reply then you can further escalate the issue to the RBI Banking Lokpal of your state. All the Banking Lokpal addresses for each state is given here kindly Refer.

  4. Sir when i was making a recharge of 349 rs using upi …then amount debited from my upi through [email protected]…..but recharge became unsuccessful …so i request you to refund my money in my respective account
