ICICI iMobile/ Pockets UPI App Online Complaint Process Money Deduction & Refund Helpline Toll Free

Customers can register ICICI iMobile/ Pockets UPI App Online Complaint using Toll free number and email id. Some customers are also complaining of UPI Address [email protected] when JIO Number is recharged, The money is debited but recharge not done. ICICI Bank is one of the very famous private sector Bank in India, recently launched its own UPI application iMobile for ICICI Customers only and Pockets App for ICICI and Non-Bank customers.

Following are the common complaints which gets solution.

ICICI iMobile/ Pockets UPI App Online Complaint

ICICI Bank providing iMobile UPI App explicitly for home customers while Pockets UPI App is for both ICICI and non-home customers. While using ICICI UPI App, one may encounter some problems, you can contact ICICI Customer Care for the solution.

Directly walk into your respective branch and make the Branch Manager aware about your issue, so that he/she can take further steps. Or you can call the toll-free number or register your complaint online. Also, you can call to the ICICI BANK UPI toll-free number or can contact using email id. The Complaint resolving process may take around 6-7 days. You can also contact Billdesk Refund Support email id along with the screen shot of your claim.

[email protected] Money Deduction Complaint

Now a days, we are receiving common complaints from the customers who are using MyJio App to recharge Jio number and making payment using ICICI UPI App. Customers are complaining of the Money deduction but recharge not done. You can lodge online complaint against Money deduction through [email protected] (UPI VPA Address) using Helpline number and online form.

Since the VPA is present on MyJio App, so the probability of FRAUD is not there, but there is a problem. So you can contact ICICI Toll Free number and can ask the bank what is the status of recharge or Refund.

If your problem doesn’t get resolved in above 2 steps, you can write to the Senior General Manager of ICICI Bank. The General Manager will take around 15-20 working days to resolve your issue.

Is this some fraud which is going on of [email protected] to mint money from people who are recharging their Jio number. Wherein money get deducted from the account and the phone is not recharged. I have made a a transaction on 12th may of 5731rs i was adding money to my wallet AC through BHIM UPI and my bhim upi AC is with icici bank ..As the amount got debited from my saving AC but didn’t got credited to my wallet AC.And in BHIM UPI APP the transaction showing successful.I have contacted my walletAC peoples they said the transaction was not able to go through in their system so they suggested to call BHIM UPI people.My transaction id-9132xx8933.

But later i only got the message from my bank that is amount 399 was deducted, and i verify my google pay account it shows indiaideas upi transaction id ,then to address ([email protected] ) and from address (my upi pin),google transaction id..
