HDFC BANK UPI COMPLAINT BOX

Recently, HDFC Bank launched its own UPI application for online transactions through which you can make all your payments and recharges with the help of your phone. But at the beginning of any new application, few issues are faced by users like:-

And much more such issues. In the solution of these issues, a complaint box is formed by the Bank, where you can file your complaints and get their solution. To solve your issues follow the steps mentioned below in the manner told:-

CONTACT HDFC BANK UPI BRANCH MANAGER

Dial to the toll-free number of the Bank and get a solution or visit your respective Branch or fill the online complaint form and file your complaint. Keep the acknowledgement slip with you for the future references. The Bank will take around 3-4 days to bring the best possible result for you. The toll-free number of the HDFC BANK is shown below:

HDFC BANK ZONAL MANAGER

If you don’t feel satisfied with the response of Step 1, you can approach to the Zonal Manager to look into your matter. HDFC Bank Zonal Manager will look into your submitted complaint and bring out the best possible solution within 8-10 working days.

You can approach the Principal Nodal Officer of the Bank if you are not satisfied with the response of the Zonal Manager. You can write to Principal Nodal Officer at:

BANKING OMBUDSMAN

At last, after 30 days, you are left without any response from the Bank or not satisfied with the response. In that case, you can approach to the Banking Ombudsman appointed by The Reserve Bank of India, to look into your matter. Banking Ombudsman office is located in the state capitals.

My friend has transferred 12000 to me Rs. 6000 each through Mobikwik on 8th april.. she said amount got debited for her.. its been 12 days and i didnt receive any money.. I also checked her statement, her account got debited with 12000 Rs. 6000 each and both declined..

She neither got refund. Her source bank was Bank of Baroda and mine was hdfc..

She raised many complaints on Upi app where she transferred and wrote to Bob upi based customer care.. But no response..

What should i got now..

I am not able to make any transaction through Google pay, Bhim UPI, phone pay. I am getting error message saying that transaction failed please get in touch with your branch. I went to neatest 2 branches in BTM Bengaluru. Still my issue is not resolved. Branch people are not giving me proper information.
