    this is regarding ac bus plying from chandigarh to dharamshala. the bus reaches Dehra Bus stand at around 1605 pm. Since last few months the CTU authorities have changed the bus to AC buses which is quite inconvenient to the daily passengers. this is humbly requested that non ac bus may please be resumed on the asked route to avoid health related issues. we shall be ever grateful to you for your act of kindness

    Sorry to inform you today start bus from Chandigarh at 6.40am 9962 to Hamirpur and very sorry your bus break down in bus stand Una at 9.10am due to petrol pipe brusht and till not okk and Macanic come but time don’t know How much in Una and no solution with driver and conductor. I humble request please ac bus service provide so that no harassment to public and my self also going Hamirpur and till waiting at Una bus stand.

  4. Dear Sir/ Madam
    I am a daily passenger of CTU bus No 9A, from last month I am getting late frequently because of your week scheduling.
    It’s a big issue and your helpline number does that even work?
    I tried calling your helpline number continuous for two weeks at different hours thinking of getting help but no one even picked up the phone once.
    Then Why you are giving helpline number if you are not willing to take the call.
    Please see through this matter I am very frustrated and other passengers too. I recharge my bus pass every month thinking of balancing my budget but how can I? with this type of system. I have to daily spend an extra penny to ride an auto or cab whatever possible to reach my office on time.

    I am passenger used to travel from UNA (Himachal Pradesh) to Chandigarh through CTU bus which from the last one month is not coming and causing huge suffering and i m totally unable to register a complaint as all of your complaint numbers aren’t working .     Kindly reply of my mail dated 30.7.19 vide which requested to take step for the betterment of senior citizens ques for the purchase of ticket from the ticket counter and also requested to instruct the conductor forbetter behavior. Your helpline numbers always, so it is difficult to lodge complaint.
