COMPLAINT PROCEDURE OF VIJAYA BANK UPI – VIJAYA UPI

Vijaya Bank introduced its own UPI application to serve their customers a platform for online transactions. Despite such efforts, some sort of issues are faced by the users such as

1. ATM-related issues
2. UPI APP-related queries
3. Amount Deducted but not paid
And much more such issues are faced by the users. To solve these type of issues, a complaint section is formed for users, so that they can lodge their complaints there. The redressal process consists of few steps.

VIJAYA BANK UPI TOLL-FREE NUMBER

This is the beginning stage, where you can directly talk to the Branch Manager or call the toll-free number of the Bank or file an online complaint. Submit all the documents related to your complaint in your respective branch and keep the acknowledgement slip and reference number for the future proceedings. VIJAYA BANK UPI REGIONAL MANAGER/OFFICER

If you didn’t receive any reply or not satisfied with the reply from the step 1 then you have the option to take your issue to the Regional Manager concerned. Vijaya Bank Regional Manager/Officer will look into your matter and leave with a result within 8-10 working days.

VIJAYA BANK NODAL OFFICER

If your complaint is not get solved in the first two steps, then, in that case, you can contact the Bank Nodal Officer. The Nodal officer the top position for problem-solving at the banking level. If your doesn’t feel satisfied or didn’t get the solution of your issue, you can contact to the Banking Ombudsman. Banking Ombudsman is an open body who investigates your case without anyone’s interference.
