In case, if your issue is not resolved within 1 month or you are not satisfied with the response of the Bank, you can also contact the Banking Ombudsman. Bank Ombudsman is a free body and investigates the issue without anyone’s interference. Banking Ombudsman is commonly known as Banking Lokpal by the people.
