    Please bank take action against fraud customer regarding amount of Rs.20000/- on priority basis as per attachment bank refund letter, transaction details in bank of india account and police authority fir copy or bank directly contact to fraud customer on his mobile number mentioned in account opening at time.

    i requested you to please provide to me fraud customer details regarding debited amount from my account for contacting on mobile
