  1. Hi Developer Team,

    I have installed BHIM app and also completed the SIM verification long time back.
    But noticed that while open the application, many time it ask again and again for same SIM verification , which cause to deduct sms charges. If sim verification already done then it should not do sim verification again and again.
    Second issue is that many times transaction get failed and then immediate I try again same transaction it get success. why ?
    Please work on these issues on priority.

          अगर आपके अकाउंट से पैसा कट गया और रिचार्ज नहीं हुआ है यानी त्रन्सक्तिओन फ़ैल हो गया है तो भीम एप्प से कटा हुआ आपका पैसा आपके अकाउंट में वापस आ जाएगा.

            Please contact union bank of India for your refund. Kindly call on Union Bank toll free number and register the complaint 1800 22 2244. Also if you are not satisfied by union bank reply you can also report against union bank in banking lokpal. Kindly tell us your city and state and we will give you the respective bank lokpal address and number.

            transaction was fail but my account is debited 3200/rs. please revert my money please…..

          Please report this matter immediately to the bank from which the amount is deducted because in case of failed transactions, Bank is responsible for the processing of refunds.

        Maine BHIM App se apne dost ko 2000 bheja to mere account se paisa cut gaya lekine mere dost k account m balance createded nahi hua….
        Ab mai BHIM ke Customer care baat se baat karne ko bola ja raha aur jo number diya ja raha h uss no p call nahi lag raha hai.
