RBI BANKING LOKPAL GUIDELINES

While approaching towards banking Lokpal always keep in mind must need guidelines created by RBI Banking Lokpal. The guidelines are listed below:-
1. You can also upload the complaint proofs online after filing the complaint, which should be only pdf or txt.
2. You should wait for minimum 30 days for Bank’s response after filling written complaint to the bank.
3. Gather all the necessary documents related to your issue like complaint number, bank account details, and all the other details necessary as these can be asked by the banking Lokpal.
4. Always follow the redressal process in the steps like the first approach to the concerned branch, if not resolved, the approach to higher authorities of the concerned bank and at last, to the Banking Ombudsman.
