Register Online Complaint RBI Banking Lokpal Uttarakhand

Banking Lokpal is an institution which enables the customer to register complaint against the Bank itself. Likewise, if you register written grievance to bank to which bank do not respond within 30 days, You can lodge online complaint to Banking Lokpal.

Uttarakhand RBI Banking Lokpal will see to the complaints against banks operational in UK and seven districts of Uttar Pradesh also. List of 7 Districts from UP under Uttarakhand Banking Lokpal Jurisdiction includes Saharanpur, Shamli (Prabudh Nagar), Muzaffarnagar, Baghpat, Meerut, Bijnor and Amroha (Jyotiba Phule Nagar).

There are few conditions frames for the customers by Reserve Bank of India for grievance redressal like:-

  1. The first step is to inform the concerned bank about the problem faced by you in written.
  2. Wait for minimum 30 days for the bank’s reply before approaching to Banking Lokpal.
  3. You can also file your complaint online with proofs attested in txt or pdf format only.
  4. Submit all the necessary details with complaint application number at the Banking Ombudsman office.

    Dear Sir/Madam, I am having a/c No 10126683659 at SBI Mohobewala Dehradun. On 31.10.2015 & 04.1.2016, 100/- each deducted against insurance premium. I requested the bank that the premium not to be deducted without hearing from me henceforth. However on 29/10/2016 & 01/2/2017 again 100/-on both dates have again been deducted for which several timesfor return of my money into my a/c and not to deduct the premium without hearing from me ie on 04 Feb, 28 Mar, 15 May, 14 Jun, 17 Jul 2017 I had already approached to Mrs Richardson Goel, the manager that bank and even she mailed my request to their head branch and even I have sent a mail to the general manager SBI customer service department Mumbai on 17 Jul 2017. But no action has so far been taken by them for return of wrong deducted amount inspire they again on 31/5/2017 had deducted 100/- on the same head. It seems that inspite of solving the problems, they wants to harass their customers. Kindly take action accordingly and let me inform please.Thanks a lot. With regard

      It seems as bank is deliberately not listening to your complaint and as you said that the bank manager reminded the head office regarding the complaint but still no action has been taken. I had transfer 30,000 money via sbi anywhere app from my sbi ac tallital nainital 30xxx24233 to my kurmanchal nagar sahkari bank tallital 6256 on date 17.04.2019 but some reason not credit beneficiary account.which utr no.SBIN6xxx401227 please do needful and revert back my money to my ac 305xxx233.
