Banking Lokpal Complaint Rules
For filing a complaint at Banking Ombudsman against any Bank, you have to follow a set of guidelines created by Reserve Bank of India. The rules are:-
1. Don’t ask Banking Lokpal to investigate your case before 30 days from the day of filing your complaint.
2. Report to the concerned bank in written about your issue.
3. Submit all the details related to your complaint as proofs and details about bank account as all these are asked by Banking Ombudsman during the investigation.
4. You can also file an online complaint with proofs attested in txt or pdf format only.
