General Guidelines of RBI Banking Lokpal

There is a set of guidelines set by Reserve Bank of India, only under which Banking Lokpal will redress your grievances.

  1. Submit a complaint to the concerned bank in written before approaching Banking Lokpal.
  2. Submit all the necessary details and proofs related to your complaint.
  3. Don’t approach to Banking Lokpal before 30 days, from the date of complaint at the concerned bank, if approached before 30 days, your application form will be rejected.
  4. Online complaint filing is also an option for you with all the proofs attested which are related to your complaint.
