BANKING OMBUDSMAN(LOKPAL) UTTAR PRADESH

If you are not satisfied with the above steps you can complain to the Banking Ombudsman. Banking ombudsman will investigate the case independently. You can approach Banking Ombudsman(Lokpal) if you are not satisfied with the result of above procedure or didn’t receive any response from the bank. Banking Ombudsman is the open body appointed by Reserve Bank of India. Remember you can only approach Banking Lokpal after of 30 days from filing a complaint at your respective Bank or branch.
