SIB M-PAY COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

South Indian Bank launched its own UPI APP for online transactions. Despite the efforts of the Bank, you may sometimes get stuck into some short of issues. For finding a solution of such issues a complaint box section is created by the Bank, where you can file your complaints. This complaint box will in all types of problems faced by the people while banking and especially the problems related to the UPI app as it is new in the market and new to the people. Filing a complaint is a several step procedure:-

SIB M-PAY TOLL-FREE NUMBER

As this is the initial stage of your issue you can directly contact to the Branch Manager by making a visit to your respective Branch or you can call the toll-free number of the Bank or File a complaint online. You can choose any method of complaining according to your comfort but don’t forget to attach the documents related to your complaint with the complaint application form. SIB M-PAY REGIONAL MANAGER

If you are not satisfied with the 1st step, you can contact the Regional Manager of the concerned Branch. The regional manager will process your complaint and give you a valuable feedback within 8-10 working days.

SIB M-PAY NODAL OFFICER

If you do not get any response from the Regional officer with a limited period of time or you are not satisfied with the response, in all that situations, you can contact the Nodal Officer of the Bank. The Nodal Officer will take around 15-20 working days to solve your issue. The address of the Nodal officer is mentioned below:

BANKING OMBUDSMAN

If you are feeling that nothing is working, then you can go to the Banking Ombudman. Banking Ombudsman is a open body appointed by Reserve Bank of India and investigates the case independently. You can approach Banking Lokpal if you don’t receive any response from the bank within 30 days or you are not satisfied with the response from the bank.
