PHASES OF COMPLAINT SYSTEM IN KARNATAKA STATE COOPERATIVE BANK

If the result of step 1 is not up to your expectation, you can follow step 2. In this step, you can write to the Nodal Officer and bring your issue in his/her notice. Note that you can’t approach directly to the Nodal officer, you have to follow the level wise escalation. The Bank will look into your matter and will you a feedback within 10 days.

Banking Ombudsman is a free body and looks independently in the issue. If you have followed step 1 and 2, you can directly approach to Banking Ombudsman for redressal instead of step 3.
