If you are not satisfied with the response of the Branch Manager or doesn’t got any reply within 2-3 working days, you can make use of the next level. In the next level  you can write to the head Officer of the Sikkim state cooperative Bank. BANKING LOKPAL SIKKIM

Time taken by the Bank in the above procedure is 30 days. In case if, 30 days are exceeded or the reply is not satisfactory or you didn’t received any reply from the bank, in that situation, you can write to Banking Ombudsman to look into your matter. Banking Ombudsman is commonly known as Banking Lokpal by the the common people. Banking lokpal is appointed by Reserve Bank of India who investigates your case independently without anyone’s interference. Banking Ombudsman office is located in capital of each state.
