FEDERAL BANK UPI – LOTZA – TOLL-FREE NUMBER

Dial to the toll-free number of the Bank and get a solution or visit your respective Branch or fill the online complaint form and file your complaint. Keep the acknowledgement slip with you for the future references. The acknowledgement slip will help you if you are not satisfied with the bank’s response and want to complain to the higher authorities of the bank. APPROACH FEDERAL BANK UPI LOTZA ZONAL MANAGER

If you don’t feel satisfied with the response of Step 1, you can approach to the Zonal Manager to look into your matter. The Zonal Manager will take around 8-10 days to review your complaint.

FEDERAL BANK UPI LOTZA GENERAL MANAGER

You can approach the General Manager(GM) or Manage Director(MD) of the Bank if you are not satisfied with the response of the Zonal Manager. At this stage, your complaint will take around 15-20 working days for complete processing. You can write to GM or MD at:-

BANKING OMBUDSMAN

At last, after 30 days, you are left without any response from the Bank or not satisfied with the response. In that case, you can approach to the Banking Ombudsman appointed by The Reserve Bank of India, to look into your matter. Banking Ombudsman office is located in the state capitals.
