BANKING OMBUDSMAN(LOKPAL) DELHI

If you are not satisfied with the above steps you can complain to the Banking Ombudsman. Banking ombudsman of every bank is situated in its own state. You can approach Banking Lokpal if you are not resolved in the above steps or you are not satisfied with the response. Banking Ombudsman is appointed by Reserve Bank of India who looks and investigates your case independently without anyone’s interference.
