COMPLAINT PROCEDURE FOR DCB UPI

This is the first stage of your issue, so in that, you can directly talk your Branch manager and make him notice your issue so that he/she can resolve your issue as earliest possible. Another way is that you can call the toll-free number of the Bank or fill the online complaint form. Choose the option of complaint according to your comfort and wait for the Bank’s reply. If, for any reason, the Bank is unable to resolve your issue within 10 days or you are not satisfied with the reply from the Bank, in that case, you can approach to the Principal Nodal Officer of the Bank. BANKING OMBUDSMAN

Banking Ombudsman is appointed by the Reserve Bank of India and you can approach to it, in case your are not satisfied with reply from Bank or didn’t got any response within 30 days.
