COMPLAINT PHASES IN CSB UPI

Catholic Syrian Bank is one of the oldest Bank in India, recently launched its own UPI application for online transactions. UPI stands for Unified Payment Interface through which you can make your online
transactions. In case you face any issue related to:-
1. UPI APP
2. PAYMENT FAILURES
3. AMOUNT DEDUCTION
or any other issue, you can follow the steps given below to register your complaint.

CSB UPI TOLL-FREE NUMBER

Directly walk into your respective branch and make the Branch Manager aware about your issue, so that he/she can take further steps. Or you can call the toll-free number or register your complaint online. Submit all the documents related your complaint in your respective branch and wait for 3-4 working days for the bank’s response. The CSB Bank UPI toll-free number is mentioned below:

APPROACH CSB BANK ZONAL NODAL OFFICER:-

In step 2, the issues are resolved by the Zonal Nodal Officer, if the issues are not resolved by the Branch Manager or the reply is not felt satisfactory by the customer. This process may take up to 10-15 days to give
you a valuable feedback.

CSB BANK PRINCIPAL NODAL OFFICER:- 

If your problem doesn’t get resolved in above 2 steps, you can write to the Principal Nodal Officer. Principal Nodal Officer is the top most body of the CSB Bank whom you can complain. The address of the CSB Bank Principal Nodal Officer is mentioned below:

BANKING OMBUDSMAN:-

If you don’t feel satisfactory with the reply from the Bank or didn’t got any response in your issue from Bank within one month, you can ask Banking Ombudsman for help. Banking Ombudsman office is situated in the respective state capital. Banking Ombudsman is commomlyknown as Banking Lokpal by the people. Banking Lokpal is the body appointed to investigate your case independently without anyone’s interference. The decision taken by the Banking Lokpal is final and no other authority in banking sector can disapprove the decision taken the Banking Lokpal.
