  1. Hi Developer Team,

    I have installed BHIM app and also completed the SIM verification long time back.
    But noticed that while open the application, many time it ask again and again for same SIM verification , which cause to deduct sms charges. If sim verification already done then it should not do sim verification again and again.
    Second issue is that many times transaction get failed and then immediate I try again same transaction it get success. why ?
    Please work on these issues on priority.

Also if you are not satisfied by union bank reply you can also report against union bank in banking lokpal.       In case of failed transaction, the payee bank is responsible for refund. Please notify this issue to your bank and ask them to process your refund ASAP.

    I am victim of fraud bheem upi link payment i got one phone call from mobile number 7310986201 he told me i am arav calling from bheem application team & He sent one fraud payment reversal link for my previous failed payment to bheem app linked with my bank of india account 602110110009938 he made transfer 10000 rupees from my account in very advance way without card details and OTP
    and then from his paytm account number 9325398733 transfer same time amount in split way in his union bank account number 606001010050520 as per paytm cyber cell complaint number 28528045 that transation number 712112760624 transfer and union bank also confirm that amount credit in currrent account number 606001010050520 vishranwadi branch pune (union bank of india) in different parts via paytm

    I made first police complaint on 2 may then after details complaint and cyber complaint on 5 May number s.3651 and FIR also in amar colony lajpat Nagar new delhi

    I got his all the details from paytm & union bank & His Facebook account & google also also he recharge his 2 different mobile number one which he call me and other his whatsup number as per paytm statement

    i am sharing all the details with his mobile imei number provide by the paytm cyber cell noida & his photo along with his voice recording .

    i also taken many follow up from past 55 days against my case but still after all the details & follow up with banks & police my amount of 10000/- still not got that was my salary amount & earn from lot of hard work sir and I got information from all the way how i I got after thousand of mails and follow up due to amount debit from my account and made complaint but still he not catch or bank is asking police can do only in this case paytm also saying and this is the case one someone use his paytm belong to him and send his bank account he recharge sales mobile which he called me from same paytm account in statement and union bank verfity also amount credit 5000 and 4000 in different parts in his account same time

    Sir this is type of cases maximum time no body taking follow ups & no one has details but i have full evidence & details due to he used his paytm account belongs to his website & he transfer money in his own account of union bank & he had Facebook account also where i got more details about him

    I humble request you sir might be possible many more victim are there like me but noone has idea & strong evidence about his cyber crime

    Requested to you kindly take suitable action fast so at-least my money can recover & again he can not do this type of fraud & hitech advance cyber crime with anyone else.

    I requested him to return my money on 16 & 17 may over the phone & what-sup also very politely and show some proof also but he told me i am only prince & i am coming in 10 minutes but he did not came & closed his Facebook account later on also but i already taken details earlier due to his fraudulent activity

    He is very smart cyber criminal this is first time someone did crime this type and can make uncounted amount via this way due to no one has idea about this can happe but I have full evidence due to money transfer in his own bank account open in pune given delhi number in account

    He can only track via cyber expert team via his mobile & imei location or pan card details due to he has car & bank account & that mobile he used for fraud as per the paytm that i enquire from Samsung only can buy from online sites only

    His voice recording also i have which I can share with same voice..

    Please find the attach files and take a suitable action sir and help me to return my salary amount that is humble request

      Below given the UPI Procedural Guideline Text, Please let the Bank officials read this and help you :

      Customer Complaints:
      In case of any customer complaints regarding non refund for failed transactions and/or non-credit
      for successful transactions shall be dealt by the PSP/Bank. Any complaint about credit not being
      given to a beneficiary should be dealt with conclusively and bilaterally by the remitting and
      beneficiary banks as per the guidelines circulated by NPCI from time to time.
      In case of any complaints related to UPI transactions, the first point of contact for customer will be
      the customer’s PSP. Customer’s PSP has to mandatorily provide option in their App to raise
      dispute/complaint by providing transaction reference/Id number. However, if customer decides to
      approach his/her remitter/beneficiary bank instead, the respective banks shall entertain all such
      requests and help to resolve the complaint to the customer’s satisfaction. The PSP must provide to
      customers, the option of checking the current status of a transaction in the PSP App.

      Please note that, BHIM App is a frame and in case of failed transactions i.e. Amount debited but not credited, The Payee bank is solely responsible for processing the refunds. Please contact SBI Immediately and lodge a written complaint also don’t forget to note the complaint number for future reference. Also if bank do not take appropriate action in 30 Days, Kindly bring the issue in the kind attention of RBI Banking Lokpal. For more details please ask.

    But due to server error amount wrongly credited to HDFC bank account.
    I have lodge complain to customer care centre of BHIM app and also visited to my bank . But till date no any response given from there till time.May i request you to kindly help me and personally look into the matter and resolve the my issues.

Bogus hai. friends don’t use this app don’t support govt for digital transactions. we are getting such type of treatment. thousands of complaints are here but nobody is caring. customer care is mostly sleeping. I condemn this bogus app. From last 6 months i requesting my bank as well as through this site but all is vain.

  235. I am facing issue in installing this app. Even after putting correct 4 digit Debit card number it throws me error message wrong debit card details.I am unable to proceed further after UPI pin.
    And also there is a bug, clicking on backspace while entering UPI pin details clears the entire thing and it doesn’t delete on a particular field selection.

    Tried to contact helpline no of BHIM but no response.

  236. I have made 2 transactions through BHIM app collect facility to pay ACT Broadband and Reliance Jio, from their respective on-line payment portal. Both the vendor systems deny any receipt of the amounts I have paid, but BHIM app transaction status says ‘Approved”.

    When I raised a query on these transactions, BHIM app silently updated the status to ‘RESOLVED’ on 16 Aug without any intimation via sms. As per BHIM ap the payment has been transferred to the designated accounts. Now, for having chosen to use BHIM app as a preferred payment channel. I am running behind my Bank and vendorsto know the status of the transaction and where my money has gone.

  294. My name is hardeep singh, main bhem 1 year se use kr raha hu but 2 din se mere account k sath bhim add nahi ho raha kotak mahindra bank ka connect ho raha hai but state bank of india ka nahi ho raha plz help me.

    • Dear Sir,

      Please contact your bank immediately to report the same issue as BHIM is a framework> May be possible that there is a problem from bank side.

    How much time it will take to refund my money its already more than 3 days.ur service is really very slow. Plz initiate my refund asap. The msg i got from bhim – Dear Customer, Your Complaint with Transaction ID: 810xxx04802 . Response to the complaint will be updated within 3 working days

      Please Note that in case of failed transaction, The Bank from which the money is deducted is responsible for refunds as according to BHIM T&C Clause No. 6.1, NPCI is not responsible for refunds. So kindly report the issue immediately to the bank and get the complaint number and save it for future reference. As even after your complaint Bank is not responding properly or Staff misbehaves, Kindly complaint this to the Banking Lokpal of your state whose details are given on this website.BEWARE of FRAUDS Asking for your Confidential Banking Information. Kindly reports such phone calls immediately to local police station.
