RBI BANKING LOKPAL GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL CONDITIONS

There are few conditions frames for the customers by Reserve Bank of India for grievance redressal like:-

  1. The first step is to inform the concerned bank about the problem faced by you in written.
  2. Wait for minimum 30 days for the bank’s reply before approaching to Banking Lokpal.
  3. You can also file your complaint online with proofs attested in txt or pdf format only.
  4. Submit all the necessary details with complaint application number at the Banking Ombudsman office.

    Having exhausted communicating with SBI and Airtel I am approaching your office to trace Rs 220.00 transacted for recharge of my mob 916xx694 on 06 Jun 2017.I am attaching screenshot of the received reply which is self explanatory and brings out attitude of SBI of non co operation in tracing my hard earned money.
    Details of transaction done by me through SBI Buddy on 06Jun are as under:-
    (a) Customer Name – GOPAL SHARAN
    (b) SBI S.Ac – 110xxx6048
    (c) TXN done through – SBI Buddy dated 06 JUn 2017
    (d) Name of Bank – SBI Ranchi. (Code 0167 )
    (e) Purpose of TXN – Recharge of Mob 91xx5694 by AIRTEL
    (d) Service provider for recharge – AIRTEL
    SBI is not providing details of transaction vide which Rs 220.00 was paid to AIRTEL. Kindly look in to my plea and help me in getting my money back.

Sir , I did transaction but it failed but still i can’t get my money back account no 32148197194 transaction id is 731022490631 on 6 November 17 on [email protected] i raise complaint on bhim appp but still i can’t get proper reply . sir what i will have to do now i can’t see any proper channel to tell my problems.

      It seems as bank is deliberately not listening to your complaint and as you said that the you have already launched the complaint regarding the same but still no action has been taken.
